5 Healthy Routines

Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own. I Corinthians 6:19

There are many things you can do to take care of God's temple, but here are just a few to do most days of the week.


Drink enough water.

Spend some time in quiet prayer/reading Scripture.

Have a friendly, non-work related conversation with a friend/loved one for at least a few minutes.

Do something nice for yourself.

Take a short walk, even if only to take the long way around to a destination you go to regularly.

Take rest breaks from time to time (even if only 5 minutes.)

  1. I totally agree we must take care of these temples. Not easy to do in our fast paced society, so thanks for the reminder.
